Founded by Shri. T.S. Kalyanarama Iyer during the early 1900's, this firm was started as an outlet for selling cotton textile goods produced by M/s. Sitaram Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd., Punkunnam, Thrissur-2.

Sheer dedication, sincerity and hard work with determination to excel, paid handsomely. With a ‘no compromise on quality and service' approach, the group never had to look back. The arrival of the next generation, Shri. T.K.Anantharaman Iyer, S/o. T.S.Kalyanarama Iyer, was a major turning point.
